For transactions where both the artist/seller and the buyer are located in Hong Kong or Mainland China,
we offer free Local Delivery & Pickup. No additional shipping charges will be added to the price you pay
on this platform for these qualifying local orders.
- Region: Hong Kong and Mainland China only.
- Cost: Free local delivery or free pickup, agreed between artist and buyer.
- Timing: Typically within a few working days, coordinated directly between artist and buyer.
International Artists, Galleries & Buyers
For international artists or gallery owners listing artworks on this platform, we encourage you to include
in your artwork prices a fair estimated cost of international delivery if you intend to ship artworks
overseas. In the event of a sale, the artist or gallery owner is responsible for packaging and shipping the
artwork.
Shipping from Hong Kong internationally is likely handled by SF Express
and Hong Kong Post, or other reputable carriers chosen by the artist.
Who pays for shipping?
Artworks are packaged by the seller (artists and gallery owners representing artists). In case there are any
additional shipping costs beyond what was estimated, the artist and buyer may agree privately on how these
costs are paid. The artist may request the buyer to pay any additional amount directly.

- Shipping scope: International artists and gallery owners must indicate whether they
ship internationally or sell only to local customers.
- Artwork price only: Artwork prices shown on this platform are for the artworks
themselves and do not include shipping costs.
- Buyer awareness: Buyers should note whether they are purchasing from a local artist in
Hong Kong/Mainland China or from an international artist.
- Custom shipping arrangements: For international purchases, the artist and buyer can
communicate directly to decide how the artwork will be shipped and who pays the shipping cost.
- Responsibility for shipping: Artists may choose to cover shipping themselves or require
the buyer to cover final shipping costs.
- Platform charges: At this time, charges on this platform do not include shipping costs.
